A fresh leak indicates that Huawei’s upcoming Pura 100 Pro Max will feature two notable camera enhancements, according to huaweicentral.com. The report, published on September 8, 2026, did not specify the exact nature of the upgrades or provide a release date.
The information comes from an unverified leak rather than an official Huawei announcement, huaweicentral.com notes. The outlet’s coverage focuses on the camera system as the primary area of change for the device, suggesting that Huawei is continuing to prioritize imaging performance in its flagship lineup.
Huawei has historically used its Pura series to showcase mobile photography technology, often introducing new sensors or computational photography features with each generation. If the leak proves accurate, the Pura 100 Pro Max would follow that pattern, though the lack of detail means the scope of the improvements remains unclear.
As with most pre-release leaks, the information should be treated with caution until Huawei provides official confirmation. The company has not commented on the report, and no further specifications or launch timeline have been shared.
What to watch next: whether Huawei officially unveils the Pura 100 Pro Max in the coming weeks and confirms the leaked camera features.
